Delivering high quality pre-selected candidates to fulfill agent positions at call centers and BPOs and, as a matter of fact we’re very good at it. We’ve been doing it very successfully for over 20 years in the United States and in several other countries.

Our process involves reaching out and actively seeking candidates that may likely be a good fit for the profile you had previously defined and the terms and conditions of your job offering. Once identified, our recruiters contact candidates to conduct a recorded telephone interview during which he/she:

Verifies the candidate’s contact information.

Makes sure the candidate understands the terms and conditions of the position.

Asks specific questions regarding the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.

Confirm their interest in the position, availability and agreement with terms of work.

To conclude, if everything checks out and the person in question seems like a feasible candidate, we coordinate with him/her an interview with you.

You receive a list of candidates as they become available, which include their personal and contact information, the score assigned to them by our recruitment team and attached CVs and recordings of the telephone interviews for your review.

Also we provide the schedule of interviews which are accommodated within the time slots you previously set aside.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is simple

We charge for those candidates that we “deliver” to you, meaning those that actually show-up for their scheduled interview at your premises; that, of course, regardless of if you hire or reject them.

The process of paying for our services is pretty straightforward as well; You pre-pay for our service by purchasing one of the available packages, which are good for: 10 delivered candidates, 20 delivered candidates, 30 delivered candidates and 50 delivered candidates

The base price for our service is $50 per delivered candidate, but all our packages but the basic one (10 candidates) include both a direct price discount and grant a discount coupon redeemable in any future purchase.

The corresponding value of the package you purchased (exclusive of discounts) is credited to your account. If, for example, you purchase the 30-candidate package, $1,500 would be credited to your account, regardless of the fact that you only paid $1,485 and received a $60 discount coupon. Those $1,500 would be, therefore, added to the balance of your account.

When you place an order, our system verifies that your balance suffices to cover the number of candidates you are requesting, if so, it will process your order immediately; if not, it will alert you and require that you purchase a package that in addition to your available credit (if any) equals or exceeds the number of requested candidates.

After we deliver the candidates, you will be required to indicate which ones did showed-up and which ones didn’t. Based on that information, we will charge your account deducting from your available balance the corresponding fees ($50 per candidate that showed-up for interview).

At any time, both in the Main Page and in your Dashboard, you’ll be able to view and review the balance of your account in as much detail as you may require.

As a team and as an organization, we’ve been directly involved in most (if not all) activities related to sourcing talent for call centers and BPOs both in the United States and abroad, for the last 20 years.
